A flaw was found in the Linux Kernel in versions after 4.5-rc1 in the way mremap handled DAX Huge Pages. This flaw allows a local attacker with access to a DAX enabled storage to escalate their privileges on the system.
CVE-2020-10732 | 5 Canonical, Linux, Netapp and 2 more | 33 Ubuntu Linux, Linux Kernel, Active Iq Unified Manager and 30 more | 2024-11-21 | 3.3 Low |
A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's implementation of Userspace core dumps. This flaw allows an attacker with a local account to crash a trivial program and exfiltrate private kernel data.
CVE-2020-10727 | 3 Apache, Netapp, Redhat | 3 Activemq Artemis, Oncommand Workflow Automation, Amq Broker | 2024-11-21 | 5.5 Medium |
A flaw was found in ActiveMQ Artemis management API from version 2.7.0 up until 2.12.0, where a user inadvertently stores passwords in plaintext in the Artemis shadow file (etc/artemis-users.properties file) when executing the `resetUsers` operation. A local attacker can use this flaw to read the contents of the Artemis shadow file.
CVE-2020-10719 | 2 Netapp, Redhat | 12 Active Iq Unified Manager, Oncommand Insight, Oncommand Workflow Automation and 9 more | 2024-11-21 | 6.5 Medium |
A flaw was found in Undertow in versions before 2.1.1.Final, regarding the processing of invalid HTTP requests with large chunk sizes. This flaw allows an attacker to take advantage of HTTP request smuggling.
CVE-2020-10714 | 2 Netapp, Redhat | 13 Oncommand Insight, Codeready Studio, Descision Manager and 10 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.5 High |
A flaw was found in WildFly Elytron version 1.11.3.Final and before. When using WildFly Elytron FORM authentication with a session ID in the URL, an attacker could perform a session fixation attack. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to data confidentiality and integrity as well as system availability.
CVE-2020-10705 | 2 Netapp, Redhat | 6 Oncommand Insight, Enterprise Linux, Jboss Enterprise Application Platform and 3 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.5 High |
A flaw was discovered in Undertow in versions before Undertow 2.1.1.Final where certain requests to the "Expect: 100-continue" header may cause an out of memory error. This flaw may potentially lead to a denial of service.
CVE-2020-10690 | 6 Canonical, Debian, Linux and 3 more | 34 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Linux Kernel and 31 more | 2024-11-21 | 6.5 Medium |
There is a use-after-free in kernel versions before 5.5 due to a race condition between the release of ptp_clock and cdev while resource deallocation. When a (high privileged) process allocates a ptp device file (like /dev/ptpX) and voluntarily goes to sleep. During this time if the underlying device is removed, it can cause an exploitable condition as the process wakes up to terminate and clean all attached files. The system crashes due to the cdev structure being invalid (as already freed) which is pointed to by the inode.
CVE-2020-10683 | 6 Canonical, Dom4j Project, Netapp and 3 more | 44 Ubuntu Linux, Dom4j, Oncommand Api Services and 41 more | 2024-11-21 | 9.8 Critical |
dom4j before 2.0.3 and 2.1.x before 2.1.3 allows external DTDs and External Entities by default, which might enable XXE attacks. However, there is popular external documentation from OWASP showing how to enable the safe, non-default behavior in any application that uses dom4j.
CVE-2020-10672 | 5 Debian, Fasterxml, Netapp and 2 more | 41 Debian Linux, Jackson-databind, Steelstore Cloud Integrated Storage and 38 more | 2024-11-21 | 8.8 High |
FasterXML jackson-databind 2.x before 2.9.10.4 mishandles the interaction between serialization gadgets and typing, related to org.apache.aries.transaction.jms.internal.XaPooledConnectionFactory (aka aries.transaction.jms).
CVE-2020-10029 | 7 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more | 18 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 15 more | 2024-11-21 | 5.5 Medium |
The GNU C Library (aka glibc or libc6) before 2.32 could overflow an on-stack buffer during range reduction if an input to an 80-bit long double function contains a non-canonical bit pattern, a seen when passing a 0x5d414141414141410000 value to sinl on x86 targets. This is related to sysdeps/ieee754/ldbl-96/e_rem_pio2l.c.
CVE-2020-0590 | 3 Intel, Netapp, Siemens | 271 Xeon Bronze 3104, Xeon Bronze 3104 Firmware, Xeon Bronze 3106 and 268 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.8 High |
Improper input validation in BIOS firmware for some Intel(R) Processors may allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access.
CVE-2019-9946 | 4 Cncf, Kubernetes, Netapp and 1 more | 5 Portmap, Kubernetes, Cloud Insights and 2 more | 2024-11-21 | N/A |
Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) CNI (Container Networking Interface) 0.7.4 has a network firewall misconfiguration which affects Kubernetes. The CNI 'portmap' plugin, used to setup HostPorts for CNI, inserts rules at the front of the iptables nat chains; which take precedence over the KUBE- SERVICES chain. Because of this, the HostPort/portmap rule could match incoming traffic even if there were better fitting, more specific service definition rules like NodePorts later in the chain. The issue is fixed in CNI 0.7.5 and Kubernetes 1.11.9, 1.12.7, 1.13.5, and 1.14.0.
CVE-2019-9924 | 6 Canonical, Debian, Gnu and 3 more | 12 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Bash and 9 more | 2024-11-21 | 7.8 High |
rbash in Bash before 4.4-beta2 did not prevent the shell user from modifying BASH_CMDS, thus allowing the user to execute any command with the permissions of the shell.
