| CVE-2018-8014 | 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 12 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 9 more | 2026-10-15 | N/A |
| The defaults settings for the CORS filter provided in Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.8, 8.5.0 to 8.5.31, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.52, 7.0.41 to 7.0.88 are insecure and enable 'supportsCredentials' for all origins. It is expected that users of the CORS filter will have configured it appropriately for their environment rather than using it in the default configuration. Therefore, it is expected that most users will not be impacted by this issue. | ||||
| CVE-2016-6794 | 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 15 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 12 more | 2026-10-15 | 5.3 Medium |
| When a SecurityManager is configured, a web application's ability to read system properties should be controlled by the SecurityManager. In Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.0.M9, 8.5.0 to 8.5.4, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.36, 7.0.0 to 7.0.70, 6.0.0 to 6.0.45 the system property replacement feature for configuration files could be used by a malicious web application to bypass the SecurityManager and read system properties that should not be visible. | ||||
| CVE-2022-43551 | 5 Fedoraproject, Haxx, Netapp and 2 more | 8 Fedora, Curl, Active Iq Unified Manager and 5 more | 2026-10-14 | 7.5 High |
| A vulnerability exists in curl <7.87.0 HSTS check that could be bypassed to trick it to keep using HTTP. Using its HSTS support, curl can be instructed to use HTTPS instead of using an insecure clear-text HTTP step even when HTTP is provided in the URL. However, the HSTS mechanism could be bypassed if the host name in the given URL first uses IDN characters that get replaced to ASCII counterparts as part of the IDN conversion. Like using the character UTF-8 U+3002 (IDEOGRAPHIC FULL STOP) instead of the common ASCII full stop (U+002E) `.`. Then in a subsequent request, it does not detect the HSTS state and makes a clear text transfer. Because it would store the info IDN encoded but look for it IDN decoded. | ||||
| CVE-2022-27778 | 4 Haxx, Netapp, Oracle and 1 more | 19 Curl, Active Iq Unified Manager, Bh500s Firmware and 16 more | 2026-10-14 | 8.1 High |
| A use of incorrectly resolved name vulnerability fixed in 7.83.1 might remove the wrong file when `--no-clobber` is used together with `--remove-on-error`. | ||||
| CVE-2022-2097 | 6 Debian, Fedoraproject, Netapp and 3 more | 24 Debian Linux, Fedora, Active Iq Unified Manager and 21 more | 2026-10-14 | 5.3 Medium |
| AES OCB mode for 32-bit x86 platforms using the AES-NI assembly optimised implementation will not encrypt the entirety of the data under some circumstances. This could reveal sixteen bytes of data that was preexisting in the memory that wasn't written. In the special case of "in place" encryption, sixteen bytes of the plaintext would be revealed. Since OpenSSL does not support OCB based cipher suites for TLS and DTLS, they are both unaffected. Fixed in OpenSSL 3.0.5 (Affected 3.0.0-3.0.4). Fixed in OpenSSL 1.1.1q (Affected 1.1.1-1.1.1p). | ||||
| CVE-2022-1292 | 7 Debian, Fedoraproject, Netapp and 4 more | 58 Debian Linux, Fedora, A250 and 55 more | 2026-10-14 | 9.8 Critical |
| The c_rehash script does not properly sanitise shell metacharacters to prevent command injection. This script is distributed by some operating systems in a manner where it is automatically executed. On such operating systems, an attacker could execute arbitrary commands with the privileges of the script. Use of the c_rehash script is considered obsolete and should be replaced by the OpenSSL rehash command line tool. Fixed in OpenSSL 3.0.3 (Affected 3.0.0,3.0.1,3.0.2). Fixed in OpenSSL 1.1.1o (Affected 1.1.1-1.1.1n). Fixed in OpenSSL 1.0.2ze (Affected 1.0.2-1.0.2zd). | ||||
| CVE-2021-36222 | 5 Debian, Mit, Netapp and 2 more | 8 Debian Linux, Kerberos 5, Active Iq Unified Manager and 5 more | 2026-10-14 | 7.5 High |
| ec_verify in kdc/kdc_preauth_ec.c in the Key Distribution Center (KDC) in MIT Kerberos 5 (aka krb5) before 1.18.4 and 1.19.x before 1.19.2 allows remote attackers to cause a NULL pointer dereference and daemon crash. This occurs because a return value is not properly managed in a certain situation. | ||||
| CVE-2021-22946 | 9 Apple, Debian, Fedoraproject and 6 more | 40 Macos, Debian Linux, Fedora and 37 more | 2026-10-14 | 7.5 High |
| A user can tell curl >= 7.20.0 and <= 7.78.0 to require a successful upgrade to TLS when speaking to an IMAP, POP3 or FTP server (`--ssl-reqd` on the command line or`CURLOPT_USE_SSL` set to `CURLUSESSL_CONTROL` or `CURLUSESSL_ALL` withlibcurl). This requirement could be bypassed if the server would return a properly crafted but perfectly legitimate response. This flaw would then make curl silently continue its operations **withoutTLS** contrary to the instructions and expectations, exposing possibly sensitive data in clear text over the network. | ||||
| CVE-2021-22926 | 5 Haxx, Netapp, Oracle and 2 more | 26 Curl, Active Iq Unified Manager, Clustered Data Ontap and 23 more | 2026-10-14 | 7.5 High |
| libcurl-using applications can ask for a specific client certificate to be used in a transfer. This is done with the `CURLOPT_SSLCERT` option (`--cert` with the command line tool). When libcurl is built to use the macOS native TLS library Secure Transport, an application can ask for the client certificate by name or with a file name - using the same option. If the name exists as a file, it will be used instead of by name.If the appliction runs with a current working directory that is writable by other users (like `/tmp`), a malicious user can create a file name with the same name as the app wants to use by name, and thereby trick the application to use the file based cert instead of the one referred to by name making libcurl send the wrong client certificate in the TLS connection handshake. | ||||
| CVE-2021-22901 | 6 Haxx, Netapp, Oracle and 3 more | 35 Curl, Active Iq Unified Manager, Cloud Backup and 32 more | 2026-10-14 | 8.1 High |
| curl 7.75.0 through 7.76.1 suffers from a use-after-free vulnerability resulting in already freed memory being used when a TLS 1.3 session ticket arrives over a connection. A malicious server can use this in rare unfortunate circumstances to potentially reach remote code execution in the client. When libcurl at run-time sets up support for TLS 1.3 session tickets on a connection using OpenSSL, it stores pointers to the transfer in-memory object for later retrieval when a session ticket arrives. If the connection is used by multiple transfers (like with a reused HTTP/1.1 connection or multiplexed HTTP/2 connection) that first transfer object might be freed before the new session is established on that connection and then the function will access a memory buffer that might be freed. When using that memory, libcurl might even call a function pointer in the object, making it possible for a remote code execution if the server could somehow manage to get crafted memory content into the correct place in memory. | ||||
| CVE-2021-3517 | 6 Debian, Fedoraproject, Netapp and 3 more | 30 Debian Linux, Fedora, Active Iq Unified Manager and 27 more | 2026-10-14 | 8.6 High |
| There is a flaw in the xml entity encoding functionality of libxml2 in versions before 2.9.11. An attacker who is able to supply a crafted file to be processed by an application linked with the affected functionality of libxml2 could trigger an out-of-bounds read. The most likely impact of this flaw is to application availability, with some potential impact to confidentiality and integrity if an attacker is able to use memory information to further exploit the application. | ||||
| CVE-2020-28196 | 5 Fedoraproject, Mit, Netapp and 2 more | 13 Fedora, Kerberos 5, Active Iq Unified Manager and 10 more | 2026-10-14 | 7.5 High |
| MIT Kerberos 5 (aka krb5) before 1.17.2 and 1.18.x before 1.18.3 allows unbounded recursion via an ASN.1-encoded Kerberos message because the lib/krb5/asn.1/asn1_encode.c support for BER indefinite lengths lacks a recursion limit. | ||||
| CVE-2019-16168 | 9 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 6 more | 21 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 18 more | 2026-10-14 | 6.5 Medium |
| In SQLite through 3.29.0, whereLoopAddBtreeIndex in sqlite3.c can crash a browser or other application because of missing validation of a sqlite_stat1 sz field, aka a "severe division by zero in the query planner." | ||||
| CVE-2021-37137 | 6 Debian, Netapp, Netty and 3 more | 24 Debian Linux, Oncommand Insight, Netty and 21 more | 2026-10-08 | 7.5 High |
| The Snappy frame decoder function doesn't restrict the chunk length which may lead to excessive memory usage. Beside this it also may buffer reserved skippable chunks until the whole chunk was received which may lead to excessive memory usage as well. This vulnerability can be triggered by supplying malicious input that decompresses to a very big size (via a network stream or a file) or by sending a huge skippable chunk. | ||||
| CVE-2017-5645 | 4 Apache, Netapp, Oracle and 1 more | 86 Log4j, Oncommand Api Services, Oncommand Insight and 83 more | 2026-10-08 | 9.8 Critical |
| In Apache Log4j 2.x before 2.8.2, when using the TCP socket server or UDP socket server to receive serialized log events from another application, a specially crafted binary payload can be sent that, when deserialized, can execute arbitrary code. | ||||
| CVE-2016-9841 | 9 Apple, Canonical, Debian and 6 more | 42 Iphone Os, Mac Os X, Tvos and 39 more | 2026-10-08 | 9.8 Critical |
| inffast.c in zlib 1.2.8 might allow context-dependent attackers to have unspecified impact by leveraging improper pointer arithmetic. | ||||
| CVE-2016-6797 | 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 15 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 12 more | 2026-10-08 | 7.5 High |
| The ResourceLinkFactory implementation in Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.0.M9, 8.5.0 to 8.5.4, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.36, 7.0.0 to 7.0.70 and 6.0.0 to 6.0.45 did not limit web application access to global JNDI resources to those resources explicitly linked to the web application. Therefore, it was possible for a web application to access any global JNDI resource whether an explicit ResourceLink had been configured or not. | ||||
| CVE-2016-6796 | 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 16 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 13 more | 2026-10-08 | 7.5 High |
| A malicious web application running on Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.0.M9, 8.5.0 to 8.5.4, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.36, 7.0.0 to 7.0.70 and 6.0.0 to 6.0.45 was able to bypass a configured SecurityManager via manipulation of the configuration parameters for the JSP Servlet. | ||||
| CVE-2016-5018 | 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 16 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 13 more | 2026-10-08 | 9.1 Critical |
| In Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.0.M9, 8.5.0 to 8.5.4, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.36, 7.0.0 to 7.0.70 and 6.0.0 to 6.0.45 a malicious web application was able to bypass a configured SecurityManager via a Tomcat utility method that was accessible to web applications. | ||||
| CVE-2016-0762 | 6 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 3 more | 16 Tomcat, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 13 more | 2026-10-08 | 5.9 Medium |
| The Realm implementations in Apache Tomcat versions 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.0.M9, 8.5.0 to 8.5.4, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.36, 7.0.0 to 7.0.70 and 6.0.0 to 6.0.45 did not process the supplied password if the supplied user name did not exist. This made a timing attack possible to determine valid user names. Note that the default configuration includes the LockOutRealm which makes exploitation of this vulnerability harder. | ||||
