| CVE-2025-3155 | 3 Debian, Gnome, Redhat | 25 Debian Linux, Yelp, Codeready Linux Builder and 22 more | 2025-11-11 | 7.4 High |
| A flaw was found in Yelp. The Gnome user help application allows the help document to execute arbitrary scripts. This vulnerability allows malicious users to input help documents, which may exfiltrate user files to an external environment. | ||||
| CVE-2025-6019 | 1 Redhat | 6 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 3 more | 2025-11-11 | 7 High |
| A Local Privilege Escalation (LPE) vulnerability was found in libblockdev. Generally, the "allow_active" setting in Polkit permits a physically present user to take certain actions based on the session type. Due to the way libblockdev interacts with the udisks daemon, an "allow_active" user on a system may be able escalate to full root privileges on the target host. Normally, udisks mounts user-provided filesystem images with security flags like nosuid and nodev to prevent privilege escalation. However, a local attacker can create a specially crafted XFS image containing a SUID-root shell, then trick udisks into resizing it. This mounts their malicious filesystem with root privileges, allowing them to execute their SUID-root shell and gain complete control of the system. | ||||
| CVE-2021-3156 | 9 Beyondtrust, Debian, Fedoraproject and 6 more | 38 Privilege Management For Mac, Privilege Management For Unix\/linux, Debian Linux and 35 more | 2025-11-10 | 7.8 High |
| Sudo before 1.9.5p2 contains an off-by-one error that can result in a heap-based buffer overflow, which allows privilege escalation to root via "sudoedit -s" and a command-line argument that ends with a single backslash character. | ||||
| CVE-2024-52337 | 1 Redhat | 9 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 6 more | 2025-11-08 | 5.5 Medium |
| A log spoofing flaw was found in the Tuned package due to improper sanitization of some API arguments. This flaw allows an attacker to pass a controlled sequence of characters; newlines can be inserted into the log. Instead of the 'evil' the attacker could mimic a valid TuneD log line and trick the administrator. The quotes '' are usually used in TuneD logs citing raw user input, so there will always be the ' character ending the spoofed input, and the administrator can easily overlook this. This logged string is later used in logging and in the output of utilities, for example, `tuned-adm get_instances` or other third-party programs that use Tuned's D-Bus interface for such operations. | ||||
| CVE-2024-4467 | 1 Redhat | 7 Advanced Virtualization, Container Native Virtualization, Enterprise Linux and 4 more | 2025-11-08 | 7.8 High |
| A flaw was found in the QEMU disk image utility (qemu-img) 'info' command. A specially crafted image file containing a `json:{}` value describing block devices in QMP could cause the qemu-img process on the host to consume large amounts of memory or CPU time, leading to denial of service or read/write to an existing external file. | ||||
| CVE-2023-5157 | 3 Fedoraproject, Mariadb, Redhat | 17 Fedora, Mariadb, Enterprise Linux and 14 more | 2025-11-08 | 7.5 High |
| A vulnerability was found in MariaDB. An OpenVAS port scan on ports 3306 and 4567 allows a malicious remote client to cause a denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2023-4004 | 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Linux and 2 more | 13 Debian Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel and 10 more | 2025-11-08 | 7.8 High |
| A use-after-free flaw was found in the Linux kernel's netfilter in the way a user triggers the nft_pipapo_remove function with the element, without a NFT_SET_EXT_KEY_END. This issue could allow a local user to crash the system or potentially escalate their privileges on the system. | ||||
| CVE-2020-11023 | 8 Debian, Drupal, Fedoraproject and 5 more | 78 Debian Linux, Drupal, Fedora and 75 more | 2025-11-07 | 6.9 Medium |
| In jQuery versions greater than or equal to 1.0.3 and before 3.5.0, passing HTML containing <option> elements from untrusted sources - even after sanitizing it - to one of jQuery's DOM manipulation methods (i.e. .html(), .append(), and others) may execute untrusted code. This problem is patched in jQuery 3.5.0. | ||||
| CVE-2023-44487 | 32 Akka, Amazon, Apache and 29 more | 367 Http Server, Opensearch Data Prepper, Apisix and 364 more | 2025-11-07 | 7.5 High |
| The HTTP/2 protocol allows a denial of service (server resource consumption) because request cancellation can reset many streams quickly, as exploited in the wild in August through October 2023. | ||||
| CVE-2025-7345 | 1 Redhat | 7 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 4 more | 2025-11-07 | 7.5 High |
| A flaw exists in gdk‑pixbuf within the gdk_pixbuf__jpeg_image_load_increment function (io-jpeg.c) and in glib’s g_base64_encode_step (glib/gbase64.c). When processing maliciously crafted JPEG images, a heap buffer overflow can occur during Base64 encoding, allowing out-of-bounds reads from heap memory, potentially causing application crashes or arbitrary code execution. | ||||
| CVE-2024-5696 | 3 Debian, Mozilla, Redhat | 8 Debian Linux, Firefox, Thunderbird and 5 more | 2025-11-06 | 8.6 High |
| By manipulating the text in an `<input>` tag, an attacker could have caused corrupt memory leading to a potentially exploitable crash. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 127, Firefox ESR < 115.12, and Thunderbird < 115.12. | ||||
| CVE-2025-48798 | 1 Redhat | 6 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 3 more | 2025-11-06 | 7.3 High |
| A flaw was found in GIMP when processing XCF image files. If a user opens one of these image files that has been specially crafted by an attacker, GIMP can be tricked into making serious memory errors, potentially leading to crashes and causing use-after-free issues. | ||||
| CVE-2025-48797 | 1 Redhat | 6 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 3 more | 2025-11-06 | 7.3 High |
| A flaw was found in GIMP when processing certain TGA image files. If a user opens one of these image files that has been specially crafted by an attacker, GIMP can be tricked into making serious memory errors, potentially leading to crashes and causing a heap buffer overflow. | ||||
| CVE-2025-8067 | 1 Redhat | 7 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 4 more | 2025-11-06 | 8.5 High |
| A flaw was found in the Udisks daemon, where it allows unprivileged users to create loop devices using the D-BUS system. This is achieved via the loop device handler, which handles requests sent through the D-BUS interface. As two of the parameters of this handle, it receives the file descriptor list and index specifying the file where the loop device should be backed. The function itself validates the index value to ensure it isn't bigger than the maximum value allowed. However, it fails to validate the lower bound, allowing the index parameter to be a negative value. Under these circumstances, an attacker can cause the UDisks daemon to crash or perform a local privilege escalation by gaining access to files owned by privileged users. | ||||
| CVE-2025-7493 | 1 Redhat | 7 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 4 more | 2025-11-06 | 9.1 Critical |
| A privilege escalation flaw from host to domain administrator was found in FreeIPA. This vulnerability is similar to CVE-2025-4404, where it fails to validate the uniqueness of the krbCanonicalName. While the previously released version added validations for the admin@REALM credential, FreeIPA still does not validate the root@REALM canonical name, which can also be used as the realm administrator's name. This flaw allows an attacker to perform administrative tasks over the REALM, leading to access to sensitive data and sensitive data exfiltration. | ||||
| CVE-2025-26601 | 3 Redhat, Tigervnc, X.org | 9 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 6 more | 2025-11-06 | 7.8 High |
| A use-after-free flaw was found in X.Org and Xwayland. When changing an alarm, the values of the change mask are evaluated one after the other, changing the trigger values as requested, and eventually, SyncInitTrigger() is called. If one of the changes triggers an error, the function will return early, not adding the new sync object, possibly causing a use-after-free when the alarm eventually triggers. | ||||
| CVE-2025-26600 | 3 Redhat, Tigervnc, X.org | 9 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 6 more | 2025-11-06 | 7.8 High |
| A use-after-free flaw was found in X.Org and Xwayland. When a device is removed while still frozen, the events queued for that device remain while the device is freed. Replaying the events will cause a use-after-free. | ||||
| CVE-2025-26599 | 3 Redhat, Tigervnc, X.org | 9 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 6 more | 2025-11-06 | 7.8 High |
| An access to an uninitialized pointer flaw was found in X.Org and Xwayland. The function compCheckRedirect() may fail if it cannot allocate the backing pixmap. In that case, compRedirectWindow() will return a BadAlloc error without validating the window tree marked just before, which leaves the validated data partly initialized and the use of an uninitialized pointer later. | ||||
| CVE-2025-26598 | 3 Redhat, Tigervnc, X.org | 9 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 6 more | 2025-11-06 | 7.8 High |
| An out-of-bounds write flaw was found in X.Org and Xwayland. The function GetBarrierDevice() searches for the pointer device based on its device ID and returns the matching value, or supposedly NULL, if no match was found. However, the code will return the last element of the list if no matching device ID is found, which can lead to out-of-bounds memory access. | ||||
| CVE-2025-26597 | 3 Redhat, Tigervnc, X.org | 9 Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus, Rhel E4s and 6 more | 2025-11-06 | 7.8 High |
| A buffer overflow flaw was found in X.Org and Xwayland. If XkbChangeTypesOfKey() is called with a 0 group, it will resize the key symbols table to 0 but leave the key actions unchanged. If the same function is later called with a non-zero value of groups, this will cause a buffer overflow because the key actions are of the wrong size. | ||||
