| CVE-2026-109953 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-10-13 | 5.3 Medium |
| FreeRDP 3.0.0 before 3.32.0 contains an insufficiently protected credentials vulnerability where the /restricted-admin option fails to suppress CredSSP credential delegation, sending the cleartext password to the RDP server. A compromised or man-in-the-middle destination host can decode TSPasswordCreds and the Client Info PDU to obtain reusable administrative domain, username, and password values. | ||||
| CVE-2026-109952 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-10-13 | 5.3 Medium |
| The FreeRDP client 3.0.0 before 3.32.0 does not check a server-selected PROTOCOL_RDSTLS or PROTOCOL_HYBRID_EX against its enabled protocol set in nego_process_negotiation_response(), allowing a security protocol downgrade. A malicious server or man-in-the-middle can select RDSTLS to override /sec:nla pinning, complete authentication with an all-zero cookie, and receive the user's cleartext password in the Client Info PDU. | ||||
| CVE-2026-109951 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-10-13 | 5.3 Medium |
| FreeRDP 3.17.1 before 3.32.0 contains a heap buffer over-read vulnerability in DynvcTrackerHandleCreateBack of the freerdp-proxy DRDYNVC channel handler that allows malicious backend RDP servers to read heap memory out of bounds. Attackers can send a CREATE_REQUEST_PDU whose channel name lacks a NUL byte, causing an unbounded snprintf read that leaks memory into proxy logs or crashes the process. | ||||
| CVE-2026-109948 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-10-13 | 4.3 Medium |
| FreeRDP from 3.0.0 before 3.32.0 contains an uninitialized memory disclosure vulnerability in smartcard_Transmit_Call that allows malicious RDP servers to read client memory. Servers can send SCardTransmit requests with an invalid card handle and nonzero receive length, causing smartcard_pack_transmit_return to serialize up to 66,560 uninitialized heap bytes. | ||||
| CVE-2026-109947 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-10-13 | 6.5 Medium |
| FreeRDP from 3.20.1 before 3.32.0 contains an uncontrolled resource allocation vulnerability that allows malicious RDP servers to exhaust client memory via oversized drive redirection read requests. Attackers can send IRP_MJ_READ with Length 0xffffffff, causing roughly 4 GiB of zeroed allocation on 64-bit builds or an under-reserved buffer on 32-bit builds. | ||||
| CVE-2026-109946 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-10-13 | 6.5 Medium |
| FreeRDP 3.11.0 before 3.32.0 does not validate that AVC444 and AVC444v2 region widths are even before YUV444 conversion, so an odd width reaches an assertion and aborts the client. A malicious or compromised RDP server can terminate a connected FreeRDP client after RDPGFX AVC444 negotiation by sending an in-bounds region rectangle with an odd width. | ||||
| CVE-2026-109943 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-10-13 | 6.5 Medium |
| FreeRDP 3.29.0 before 3.32.0 contains a double free in the client's async-update message proxy, which shallow-copies the parser-owned PolygonSC or PolygonCB points array when numPoints is zero, so both the queue consumer and parser cleanup free it. A malicious RDP server can send a point-bearing polygon order followed by a zero-point order to crash a client with +async-update enabled. | ||||
| CVE-2026-109942 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-10-13 | 6.5 Medium |
| FreeRDP 2.3.0 before 3.32.0 dereferences a NULL stream in rdg_process_close_packet in libfreerdp/core/gateway/rdg.c because rdg_process_control_packet accepts a header-only PKT_TYPE_CLOSE_CHANNEL packet and passes the null payload without a check. A malicious or compromised RD Gateway can send an eight-byte CLOSE_CHANNEL header to crash a connecting FreeRDP client. | ||||
| CVE-2026-109941 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-10-13 | 6.5 Medium |
| FreeRDP from 2.3.0 before 3.32.0 contains an infinite loop vulnerability in http_chuncked_read that allows malicious RD Gateways to hang clients by sending incomplete chunked responses. Attackers can send a partial chunk-size line or footer followed by a clean TLS shutdown, causing zero-byte reads to loop forever and freeze the client decoder thread. | ||||
| CVE-2026-109680 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-10-13 | 5.3 Medium |
| FreeRDP 3.18.0 before 3.32.0 has a heap-based out-of-bounds write in freerdp_interruptible_get_line, which shrinks the buffer to 32 bytes while keeping a pre-filled suggested username's length as its write offset. A malicious or compromised ARM routing service can return a long redirectedUsername that reaches the CLI credential prompt, crashing the client when the user types input. | ||||
| CVE-2026-109679 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-10-13 | 5.3 Medium |
| FreeRDP 3.0.0-beta4 before 3.32.0 contains a NULL pointer dereference in arm_handle_request_ok when an ARM endpoint returns an empty HTTP 200 body. Attackers controlling the configured ARM gateway can return a zero-length body to pass NULL to strnlen and crash the connecting client. | ||||
| CVE-2026-109257 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-10-13 | 5.9 Medium |
| FreeRDP before 3.32.0 contains a double-free vulnerability in nsc_context_initialize_encode() that leaves dangling plane pointers after a partial buffer growth failure. Attackers using a crafted RDP client can negotiate NSCodec with a large desktop geometry to trigger allocation failure, crashing the server during context teardown. | ||||
| CVE-2026-109246 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-10-13 | 6.5 Medium |
| FreeRDP before 3.32.0 contains a divide-by-zero vulnerability in the freerdp-shadow-cli shadow server: the frame id in a client's Frame Acknowledge PDU is stored without a range check, so the in-flight frame count in shadow_encoder_inflight_frames() can underflow. An authenticated client can acknowledge a frame id one greater than the last frame sent, causing shadow_encoder_create_frame_id() to divide by zero (SIGFPE) and terminate the process, disconnecting all viewers. | ||||
| CVE-2026-109252 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-10-13 | 5.3 Medium |
| FreeRDP from 3.9.0 before 3.32.0 contains a NULL pointer dereference vulnerability in the RDPEAR NDR reader that allows malicious servers to crash clients via truncated KERB_RPC_INTERNAL_NAME data. Attackers can send a CreateApReqAuthenticatorReq with NameCount of two or more ending before the Names pointer, causing cleanup to dereference a null base and terminate the client. | ||||
| CVE-2026-109251 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-10-12 | 5.3 Medium |
| FreeRDP before 3.32.0 stores the server-supplied signed MS-RDPEGT geometry origin unchecked in an unsigned video surface coordinate, so the blit clamp in gdiVideoShowSurface() wraps in 32-bit arithmetic and is skipped. A malicious RDP server can send a negative topLevelLeft to clients connecting with /video, causing an out-of-bounds write of decoded H.264 picture data or a client abort. | ||||
| CVE-2026-109256 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-10-12 | 5.3 Medium |
| FreeRDP 3.10.0 through 3.32.2 contains a heap buffer overflow in the WinPR png_write_data callback that writes past the buffer after a realloc failure. A malicious RDP clipboard peer can supply a large CF_DIB image that triggers out-of-bounds memcpy during PNG conversion, causing a client crash. | ||||
| CVE-2026-109241 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-10-12 | 3.1 Low |
| FreeRDP before 3.32.0 contains a NULL pointer dereference vulnerability in the client video redirection channel that allows malicious servers to crash clients by sending out-of-order messages. Attackers can send a Geometry CLEAR message that nulls presentation->geometry, then send VideoData that dereferences it, causing client denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-109242 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-10-12 | 7.1 High |
| FreeRDP before 3.0.0 and 3.6.0 before 3.32.0 renders uninitialized heap memory from un-decoded progressive tiles because the tile->current buffer is allocated without zeroing. A malicious RDP server can send a crafted WBT_TILE_FIRST then WBT_TILE_UPGRADE sequence to paint heap bytes onscreen or abort the client process. | ||||
| CVE-2026-109247 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-10-12 | 3.1 Low |
| FreeRDP before 3.32.0 contains a path traversal vulnerability in convert_filedescriptors_to_file_list() in winpr/libwinpr/clipboard/synthetic_file.c, which concatenates server-supplied cFileName values from FileGroupDescriptorW clipboard data into the published local file:// URI without rejecting '/' or '..' sequences. A malicious RDP server can supply '../' sequences so the user's next clipboard paste copies an arbitrary local file readable by the client user instead of the expected remote file. | ||||
| CVE-2026-55193 | 1 Freerdp | 1 Freerdp | 2026-09-29 | 8.8 High |
| FreeRDP is a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol. Prior to 3.27.0, FreeRDP clients using TS Gateway accept a server-controlled max_xmit_frag value in libfreerdp/core/gateway/rpc_bind.c without bounding it to the 4088-byte ReceiveFragment allocation. A malicious gateway can advertise 65535 and then send a response fragment of the same length, causing rpc_channel_read in libfreerdp/core/gateway/rpc.c to write up to 65535 bytes into the smaller ReceiveFragment buffer. This can crash the client and may permit code execution through attacker-controlled heap corruption. This issue is fixed in version 3.27.0. | ||||
