CVE-2022-2639 2 Linux, Redhat 7 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus and 4 more 2024-11-21 7.8 High
An integer coercion error was found in the openvswitch kernel module. Given a sufficiently large number of actions, while copying and reserving memory for a new action of a new flow, the reserve_sfa_size() function does not return -EMSGSIZE as expected, potentially leading to an out-of-bounds write access. This flaw allows a local user to crash or potentially escalate their privileges on the system.
CVE-2022-2526 3 Netapp, Redhat, Systemd Project 14 Active Iq Unified Manager, H300s, H300s Firmware and 11 more 2024-11-21 9.8 Critical
A use-after-free vulnerability was found in systemd. This issue occurs due to the on_stream_io() function and dns_stream_complete() function in 'resolved-dns-stream.c' not incrementing the reference counting for the DnsStream object. Therefore, other functions and callbacks called can dereference the DNSStream object, causing the use-after-free when the reference is still used later.
CVE-2022-2132 4 Debian, Dpdk, Fedoraproject and 1 more 15 Debian Linux, Data Plane Development Kit, Fedora and 12 more 2024-11-21 8.6 High
A permissive list of allowed inputs flaw was found in DPDK. This issue allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service triggered by sending a crafted Vhost header to DPDK.
CVE-2022-2078 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat 6 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 3 more 2024-11-21 5.5 Medium
A vulnerability was found in the Linux kernel's nft_set_desc_concat_parse() function .This flaw allows an attacker to trigger a buffer overflow via nft_set_desc_concat_parse() , causing a denial of service and possibly to run code.
CVE-2022-29901 6 Debian, Fedoraproject, Intel and 3 more 258 Debian Linux, Fedora, Core I3-6100 and 255 more 2024-11-21 5.6 Medium
Intel microprocessor generations 6 to 8 are affected by a new Spectre variant that is able to bypass their retpoline mitigation in the kernel to leak arbitrary data. An attacker with unprivileged user access can hijack return instructions to achieve arbitrary speculative code execution under certain microarchitecture-dependent conditions.
CVE-2022-29900 5 Amd, Debian, Fedoraproject and 2 more 253 A10-9600p, A10-9600p Firmware, A10-9630p and 250 more 2024-11-21 6.5 Medium
Mis-trained branch predictions for return instructions may allow arbitrary speculative code execution under certain microarchitecture-dependent conditions.
CVE-2022-29154 3 Fedoraproject, Redhat, Samba 6 Fedora, Enterprise Linux, Rhel E4s and 3 more 2024-11-21 7.4 High
An issue was discovered in rsync before 3.2.5 that allows malicious remote servers to write arbitrary files inside the directories of connecting peers. The server chooses which files/directories are sent to the client. However, the rsync client performs insufficient validation of file names. A malicious rsync server (or Man-in-The-Middle attacker) can overwrite arbitrary files in the rsync client target directory and subdirectories (for example, overwrite the .ssh/authorized_keys file).
CVE-2022-28893 4 Debian, Linux, Netapp and 1 more 25 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, H300e and 22 more 2024-11-21 7.8 High
The SUNRPC subsystem in the Linux kernel through 5.17.2 can call xs_xprt_free before ensuring that sockets are in the intended state.
CVE-2022-28390 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Linux and 2 more 7 Debian Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel and 4 more 2024-11-21 7.8 High
ems_usb_start_xmit in drivers/net/can/usb/ems_usb.c in the Linux kernel through 5.17.1 has a double free.
CVE-2022-27950 2 Linux, Redhat 4 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Eus and 1 more 2024-11-21 5.5 Medium
In drivers/hid/hid-elo.c in the Linux kernel before 5.16.11, a memory leak exists for a certain hid_parse error condition.
CVE-2022-27666 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Linux and 2 more 24 Debian Linux, Fedora, Linux Kernel and 21 more 2024-11-21 7.8 High
A heap buffer overflow flaw was found in IPsec ESP transformation code in net/ipv4/esp4.c and net/ipv6/esp6.c. This flaw allows a local attacker with a normal user privilege to overwrite kernel heap objects and may cause a local privilege escalation threat.
